Repair Program - POSproviders will repair or exchange
your defective part for a serviceable part within 24
hours of receipt of the defective part. This program
ensures the customer the quickest turn-around time at
an economical price.
Repair Program - For customers with repetitive defective
products, POSproviders will determine the Annual Failure
Rate and inventory a one month supply before the contract
start date. The customer issues a defective call tag
to POSproviders and we send a good part out the same
day. The part will ship with installation instructions
and a return waybill so the defective product can ship
back in the same box. POSproviders will receive, repair
& inventory the defective return so it is available
for another call tag replacement. This program is offered
as a weekly billing per unit shipped.
Repair Program - POSproviders will repair your defective
parts for a negotiated rate, as the failures occur (per
incident). The standard turnaround time is 5-7 days
from receipt of the defective part.
